If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt, in excellent condition suitable for resale and in its original packaging, for a replacement, exchange or refund of the same item. Please email our customer services department firstname.lastname@example.org for returns instructions. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Postage/delivery charges are not refunded unless the goods are faulty. Please obtain a proof of postage, as whynow cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returns.
We ship and deliver our products using a range of courier and shipping partners. Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the checkout process based upon the weight of your order and the destination of your country. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
We try our very best to dispatch all orders placed before 13:00 (Monday – Friday) on the same day. Any orders placed after this time or on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped within two working days. Please see below for estimated delivery times. May experience delays during peak periods.

We ship orders from the UK, USA and Europe. We always try to ship stock from the closest warehouse to your delivery address.

How do I track my order?
If you have purchased tracked shipping then you will receive an email with the tracking link as soon as your package has shipped. If you have selected standard shipping then you will be unable to track your package.
How long does shipping take?
Orders shipped within the UK should arrive within 5 working days. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to arrive before contacting the help centre.
Orders shipped within Europe usually arrive within 10 working days. Please allow up to 5 weeks for your item to arrive before contacting the help centre.
Rest of world
Orders shipped outside of the Europe usually arrive within 15 working days. Please allow up to 8 weeks for your item to arrive before contacting the help centre
